The rehearsal space is approx. 900 square feet, with air conditioning and heating. Audience and work area seats 12-25 people if needed.

The space has sound proof walls. There are bathrooms outside office/lobby, and there is parking for director/ casting/ producer or teacher outside lobby, right behind building. There is street parking on Glendon Ave. with lots of cafes and restaurants on same block!
