LA School of Comedy is pleased to make one of its theater spaces available for rent at $125 per hour.

Centrally located in Westwood (Westwood Blvd. and Santa Monica Blvd.) at 10835 Santa Monica Blvd, our rehearsal space is approximately 900 square feet, with air conditioning and heating. Audience and work area seats 12-25 people, if needed.

The space has soundproof walls. There are bathrooms outside in the main building, and there is parking for director/ casting/producer or teacher outside the lobby, right behind building. There is also plenty of street parking on Glendon Ave. with lots of cafes and restaurants on same block!
